VUSR IIRPS 2026 Annual convention

Vilnius University Students' Representation at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science (VU SR IIRPS) is organising its annual reporting-and-election conference (Annual Convention), which will take place on 21st April at 18:30 in the IIRPS VU auditorium no. 402.
The Annual Convention is open to all IIRPS VU students.
During the Annual Convention, the VU SR IIRPS 2025-2026 Activity Report will be presented and approved, and the following will be elected:
- VU SR IIRPS Chairperson;
- 4 representatives to the Council of IIRPS VU (of which, the Chairperson is ex officio and 1 representative must be a third cycle student);
- 1 representative to the IIRPS VU Admissions-Testing Committee;
- 2 representatives to the Academic Ethics Committee of IIRPS VU;
- 3 representatives to the Disputes Resolution Committee of IIRPS VU;
- Representatives to the IIRPS VU Study Programme Committees;
- 2 representatives to the IIRPS VU Board of Studies;
- VU SR IIRPS Collegial governing body;
- 3 representatives to the VU SR Parliament (of which the Chairperson is ex officio);
- 10 delegates to the VU SR Annual Convention.
Persons who wish to run for the position of VU SR IIRPS Chairperson, IIRPS VU Council, or VU SR Parliament should send their CV and cover letter to info@tspmi.vusa.lt by 13th of April, 11:59PM.
Candidates for these positions will be announced on tspmi.vusa.lt.
Students who wish to run for these and other positions will be able to nominate themselves during the Annual Convention.
